i did not wake up like this. i changed my lifestyle for this. i workout hard for this. i changed what i eat for this. i sweat for this. i lift heavy for this. i push hard everyday for this. i made this. 


 

Growing up, I struggled with wanting to be really skinny. I wanted to be stick thin. I would try to go days and days without eating and sitting in saunas with sauna suits on. I would only do cardio. I was completely obsessed. I went through a bad drug problem. I was in a rough spot, and one day I had a job offer at a gym I wanted so badly to be apart of. So that night, I decided to change my life around. I ditched the dream to be skinny, and all I want to do is constantly show myself just how strong I can really be. I want to fuel my body like I actually care. I wasn't given anything and it wasn't genetics. I worked hard for every piece of it, and so can you.

Since 2007, I  have been training, coaching, and competing in the fitness industry. I am USA Weightlifting Certified. I have been hands on training for 10 years. My balanced approach to fitness combines intense and varied workouts with nutritional and dietary support.  Whether you desire personal training, a group class, or remote training, my goal is to be the spark that will set your fitness lifestyle on fire. 

For me, nothing is more rewarding as a client who, after an hour, leaves everything he or she has in a puddle of sweat on the floor. That kind of commitment to ones goals is why I commit to my clients, why I challenge them, and why we succeed. If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you!

Training with me is never routine, with workouts customized to your goals and fitness level. I draw inspiration from many workout styles, including crossfit, bootcamp. plyo, yoga, gymnastics, and fighting. My focus is on strength, endurance, speed, agility, and flexibility to create a workout truly focused on achieving your greatest fitness potential. 

Each and every day is a new challenge, designed to push you just a little bit farther. My job is keeping you motivated and focused while eliminating complacency. Together, we achieve your goals!

Fitness is my life!  I live to create athletes by pushing people outside of their comfort zone. My clients’ hard work inspires me and drives me to work harder toward my goals.
