This ebook is my journal ! again I say JOURNAL, so it's Exactly what I did! This does not come with a nutrition program, its just advice and shows you what I did with my nutrition so you can apply it to your nutrition. Nutrition advice and workouts! I did make these workouts for anyone else but myself. I did workouts in golds gym and crossfit gym. AGAIN this is just a GUIDELINE to how I programmed for myself during a cut. Don't look at the workouts and say "oh i CANT do that" but try to notice the programming, and how I set up workouts and you can apply them to your workouts... can't snatch?
