This is a conditioning program thats 5x a week or 4 weeks. 

You will work for 4 weeks recording all your scores, then come back and REPEAT the 4 weeks trying to beat your first round of scores! 

This is great to do with a partner or group and compete with each other! These are pieces that are great to ADD to current lifting schedule! In Ebook it gives what our advice would be to lift on days of the conditioning! Can be done at Crossfit Box or commercial gym!
