Jake First off TD is absolutely amazing, she's the best!! I checked out her page and right from the start I could see she was the real deal & loved to help people get to where they wanna be.  I'm a marathoner & I was out for quite some time with a back injury. I started work with Taylor in January '16 trying to get lean & back to racing form. She had my back from day one & asking a lot of questions so she can know exactly how to dial in. Taylor's workouts are ruthless.  Through the first 12 weeks I never finished a workout in the hour and half I give myself each morning.  My butt was kicked every morning but the workouts are fun, challenging, and constantly changing.  I can't emphasize enough how nice it is to have a custom workout plan sent to my phone and all I have to do is put in the effort. Having Taylor as my coach for the past 6 months has been nothing short of life changing for me. I had no idea how lucky I was that day I messaged her to take me on as a competitor. I was coming to the end of my first prep with a different coach and knew I needed to find someone for my reverse diet and off season ASAP. Taylor patiently took me under her wing and came up with a perfect reverse diet and off season plan so that I could jump into another prep for my December show. I have never felt as confident as I do now or felt as happy with not only my fitness goals, but my mind as well. I am finally able to live my life without constantly thinking about what I am eating and focus on what I am actually passionate about, bodybuilding. Taylor has always been so honest and up front with me which is what anyone would wish for in a coach. She was everything I was looking for when it came to finding someone to build my future goals with. Taylor prepped me for a smooth and much easier cut for my show in December and I went into that competition looking leaner and stronger than I could have ever imagined possible in such a short time. Picking the last show of the season and it being one of the biggest NPC shows in history made me weary, but with Taylor's help, I became nationally qualified and finished fourth in both of my huge classes. I could not be any happier with having Taylor as my coach and can not wait to see what we do in 2017.

I am a 44 year old crossfitter who was in search of a nutrition plan that would help me perform and recover better. After I did some research I found Taylor. I explained my needs to her and she immediately went to work for me. Within a week, I received my plan and started following it word for word. I began to see results within days! She was available whenever I needed her for questions, support, oh and to kick me in the ass when I needed that too! She listened to me... she helped me tweak this plan to create the best possible me! I have to say this was the best part for me. The accountability was second to none. I had been following Taylor on insta for a really long time before I finally reached out. I am so glad I did! I used to love working out, but at some point, I lost my passion for going to the gym and knew I needed to do something about it. So, I reached out to Taylor and she was very thorough in making sure I had a goal that was measurable and obtainable. I told her what my ideal plan would look like and she actually listened and created me the best programming I've ever had. I was extremely excited to wake up in the morning and go to the gym everyday. The workouts are challenging and tough, but it always feels so good week after week to beat my last time in that specific workout. My confidence went up drastically - I loved the way I felt and was so motivated to keep going. I trusted the process and Taylor is great because she calls people out on their bullshit and challenges them to be the best version of themselves. As the weeks went by, the pounds were shedding like crazy! While I was super excited about the weight change, Taylor quickly reminded me why I went to her in the first place. It's not about the number on the scale, it's about being better and more confident than you were yesterday. I lost a total of 17 pounds. She changed my programming when appropriate but she did it with science in mind. She never dropped my calories or upped my cardio to some ridiculous number. She made adjustments when appropriate and I never felt drained and exhausted and sick of dieting. I finished a few months ago and have kept all of the weight off too, I didn't feel the need to binge like I had in the past. I felt great, had high energy, and a good attitude. I honestly love her programming and her approach. I wish more people in the fitness industry took the time that she does with her clients.

First I want to say thank you for being interested in TDLFIT. Two if you are local I would prefer you email and set up an in person consult! Three, if you are BRAND new to lifting and the gym life I would NOT recommend online training. I would suggest you do some research and find a personal trainer or group classes you can attend and have the hands on training you need to make sure you are doing things properly and not get hurt. TRAINING PROGRAMS: TDL runs sign ups the first of every month. Spots are limited. Doing this it keeps the amount of people she brings on at just the right amount to give everyone enough attention. These workouts are detailed, challenging, and customised to what you need. No cookie cuts here. You can workout out of a commercial gym or Crossfit Box. On occasion home gyms, if there is enough equipment. Each athlete gets their own profile in FITBOT and that is where you will have open chat with me on scheduled times and receive workouts. 

You get new workouts each week and payments are due first of the month, each month. The programming ranges from Sculpting ( body building style workouts working on a leaner, symmetrical physique), Strength Program ( start you off in a max week then programming is based off your maxes ), basic/ beginner traditional strength and conditioning program - this is great for anyone just getting back into fitness and needing to lose some weight and slowly introduced into weight training. Crossfit or Crossfit / Traditional programs - you can choose to strictly do crossfit or have a traditional program with olympic lifts involved. I do not program for competitive crossfit athletes. * MUST HAVE CROSSFIT EXPERIENCE TO SIGN UP for Crossfit Program

* Body Building Preps are different pricing and set ups. 

NUTRITION : You can add nutrition to any program. With nutrition we calculate your Macros based on a series of questions / and current body composition / goals. You are given a list of foods that you can piece together to fit in the macros given. I will send an Example meal plan UPON REQUEST, or do your meal plan for you UPON REQUEST. We will work on nutrient timing and educate on you on how to make good decisions and have a healthy relationship with food.
