Colton and I opened our first gym April 1st 2017.
We both have always wanted to have our own gym,
we worked our butts off and made it happen.
Our gym offer 2 different programs. Iron Grit and Iron Performance. Grit is your traditional strength and conditioning program, running different cycles and focus all year long. You will find overall better core strength, balance and a better knowledge of form while being in Iron Grit. Before joining this program you are required to have a one on one consult with TDL to prepare you for the program.
Iron Performance is a full body functional training program. Here you will work on a wide variety of olympic lifting, traditional lifting, gymnastics and conditioning. Before joining this program you are required to take an Elements to prepare you properly for the program.
We are here to help you, educate you, motivate you, push you, and answer any questions you have. We love the community we have created and would love to have you come join us and have some new friends in your circle.
* Iron Greenhouse offers an open gym membership where you can come and go as you please and to do your own programming. During class time, classes are priority with equipment use.
